I offer individual telehealth and in-person therapy for teens, adults, and couples. I specialize in supporting those who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, caught in patterns of people-pleasing, or burdened by the “shoulds” of life. Whether you’re spiraling at 2 AM, questioning your relationship midweek, or mentally drafting your resignation letter (again), I provide a compassionate space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My philosophy is collaborative. I partner with my clients to navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and career uncertainty. Together, we work to build self-awareness, improve communication, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are.

My approach is holistic, warm, and client-centered, blending psychodynamic insight with mindfulness practices. I also draw from my background in CBT and nutrition to support both emotional and physical well-being. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Insurance and Fees

I currently accept Aetna and Aetna EOP insurance.

If you have a different insurance plan, I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill for PPO plans with out-of-network benefits. If you’re unsure whether your plan includes this, you can call your insurance provider and ask about reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. Many of my clients do receive partial reimbursement, so it’s definitely worth checking.

I also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who can’t pay the full fee or who work in helping professions. If cost is a concern, please reach out — we can talk honestly about what’s possible together

Individual Therapy: 50 minutes - $125

I offer a supportive space to slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and reconnect with yourself and with your life. We’ll explore patterns, emotions, and help you build tools so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and joyful in your daily life.

Couples Therapy: 50 minutes - $150

My goal is to create a space for couples to better understand their relationship patterns, improve communication, and strengthen their connection. We’ll slow conflict cycles and help each of you feel seen and heard. It’s all about building a strong foundation.

Young Adult support: 50 minutes - $125

I love this demographic and offering support for the messy, exciting, in-between seasons of the early teens, late teens, and twenties. We’ll talk about anxiety, identity, relationships, and the “supposed-to’s” and “shoulds” while you figure out who you want to become and what kind of life feels authentic to you.

Nature Therapy: 50 minutes - $125

Also known as walking therapy is an amazing option for Tahoe locals. It’s therapy outside, at an easy walking pace, with nature as part of the process. This is most helpful if you think best while moving, feel calmer outdoors, or just prefer not to be in an office.
